The Bayou Classic Banjo Propane Cooker (5356) has a large 10 cast iron burner that will quickly heat at a minimum of 210,000 BTUs. The 16 wide cooking surface can safely support pots up to 80 quarts in size. Also included are a 48 LPG rubber hose and a 30 PSI preset high pressure regulator with a brass control valve that allows you to quickly adjust temperature.
